Kelly is also considerate, caring, and thorough. She knew that we were traveling almost two hours each time we came to see a home, so she made sure the homes she picked for us were real contenders so we didn't waste the trip. She sent us detailed descriptions of the homes she thought we would like before we made the trip, and was able to answer virtually all of our questions. If she didn't have an immediate answer for us, she looked into it and called us back. She was so thorough, and she paid so much attention to detail. She also did her best to schedule at least two showings every time we came up, and sometimes spent an entire day with us. She would not only take us to see the home, she would take us around the neighborhoods and show us all the area attractions, restaurants, etc.
Kelly is very knowledgeable about homes and architecture in general, but in addition to the home itself, Kelly has an amazing understanding of the local markets. This is so important in the current market where there are bidding wars on almost every property, and where property that comes on the market on a Friday is under contract by Monday. My husband and I had no problem trusting her representations and advice, because her honesty and integrity are beyond reproach.
Most of all, Kelly was always there for us. No matter what day of the week or time of the day, Kelly answered our calls or called us right back. She never made us feel like we were bothering her, and could not do enough to help us in our search. She is not only our Agent, she is our friend, and truly cares about us.
